Yoga en español (Winter 2021)
Want to have fun moving with your family and learning Spanish at the same time?
This 1-hour class is designed for kids (5+) and adults! No previous yoga or Spanish experience necessary.
Join certified yoga instructor, Rachel Graber, for a 5-week series of yoga en español. Rachel will give a brief explanation and introduction in English and then spend the rest of the class giving instruction and demonstration in Spanish to guide you and your family through movements and postures using vocabulary for parts of the body, directions, animals, shapes, and numbers.
Classes only run when they meet minimum enrollment: Once your class meets minimum enrollment (3 students), then you’ll receive an email from us with information to access your classroom dashboard!
